Where would be a good location to open a primate rescue centre in Australia?

Apart from animals used for research purposes, I can't imagine there being a need for primate rescue in Australia.

You can't establish a refuge here to take overseas animals such as orang utans.  Quarantine.

Would this be for primates that have been used in research? If so you'd probably need it near Sydney. Perhaps Newcastle or Wollongong areas? Or Canberra?
