Where would be the best place to honeymoon to in Japan?

kyoto is very pretty and romantic i suggest to go there not tokyo its to overrated trust me lived there (japan) for 15 years

On a Honeymoon, you probably want peace and quiet.  I would recommend a mountain hot springs resort.  Unlimited use of hot spring baths, meals delivered to your room, beautiful scenery, clean mountain air.  You can visit Nikko or Kyoto or any of the other trouist destinations on your way in or out.
