Where would/could you buy a noticeboard like this one?

I have looked on a few sites but can't find one like this. And if it is that they have to be handmade, would you know the approximate cost? THANK YOU!!!

Show the picture of the noticeboard with approximate measurements to a cabinet maker , who would be able to give you an estimate.

In addition you have to consider the cost of installation. The posts have to be cemented in.

The open bulletin board in my neighbourhood has been vandalized quite often.

The glass doors could be a target.

Judging from the cost of the pre made and the apparent size of the one you want it would probably be at least $500 US.or  337.55 Euros or 269.55 British Pounds.

What I have noticed that most of the outdoor bulletin boards are made of aluminum.  below are several options

That particular one was paid for with a small grant. If you were wanting to have one built it would be expensive
