Where would i buy large quantities of pearl barley from, I am not a business, but need it for health issue?

Live in the Uk, have a kidney problem that is helped by drinking water after having boiled barley in it.....want to get it cheaper wholesale, Live in Totnes, Devon.....and have transport limitations...
