No where. Krugerrands sell at recognised prices, chances are if you find a 'cheap' one its counterfeit.

You can buy them from the SA Mint between Pretoria & Joburg without any commission. You can buy them by post / over the net.

You won't.

A Krugerand is just a coin which weighs exactly 1oz of 24 ct gold. It's price is determined by the gold price and fluctautes daily. If you are offered a cheap one it's fake.

I doubt you will find a "cheap" Krugerrand. You see , they are solid gold. Therefore you have to pay the current price of gold.
