Where would i find a promise ring?

my boyfriend wants to get me one, and he has left it up to me to pretty much find it. it cant be online cuz neither of us have credit cards, and not over 200 dollars

Any place that sellls rings.  Department stores, jewelry stores...etc.

Any ring can be a promise ring.

I just looked at Zales website, and they have some really pretty rings on clearance.  Also, right now they are offering an additional 30% off the clearance price.  So, you could end up with a pretty nice ring for probably around $125.00.  Also, since neither of you have a credit card, (I think the discount only applies to online purchases) you could consider going to a local bank or mall and getting a giftcard that uses the visa or mastercard logo, which would allow you to be able to make purchases online once you registered the card with the issuing bank.  Good luck.

At a jewelry place in a mall.A small jewelry store,not like zales.I got mine at the mall at a small shop for a 150.00.Good luck.

A promise ring can be any type of ring you like, so there are no limit to resources.

My now-fiance' found my promise ring at JC Penny. After a year of dating, I was attending a out-of-state family wedding with him, and I saw a ring I absolutely loved when shopping, but didn't have the spare cash for. He went back to the store, bought it for me, and gave it to me a short time later as a promise ring =]

Try an antique shop or consignment store. You might find something even better for a great price, and it would be unique.

Find a local jewelery store and check them out. If there is not one in your town, drive to the nearest mall to find one. Kay Jewelers, Zales and Jarrod are all chain stores. Or check out your local yellowpages for a jeweler.

My promise ring was from Zales.  When they have good sales going on, you can get really nice jewelry at a decent price.  Also, check out Walmart.  They have a good selection at competitive prices.
