Where would i find this preg homless cat?

So these people moved out and took the kittens and now the mom is preg again and they left the house i put food out for it last night on the porch where they used to stay i came out next morning it was all gone ... if it was the cat where do you think it goes during the day ? where could i find her i want her to have her kittens in a safe place like in the shelter where they can get the care they need but first i need to cath her ?:l where is she !>

She could be anywhere. What I would do is put a humane trap out with tuna or whatever you use in it. Then hopefully she will fall for it and you will get her. If that doesn't work, I know this sounds stupid, but you could buy a video camera and watch from another room. Or record it through day and night and see where she comes from.

call the shelter she is probably there now..

shame on the ignorant owners to keep the kittens and dump mom cat..

or maybe they came back for her..

most shelters will not keep pregnant cats.. its too long and the little ones will be exposed to sickness.. some shelters will spay them pregnant - if they are otherwise cute and adoptable and the shelter can afford to do this..

some will put her in a foster home

others will euthanize because there are so many cats looking for homes already.

since she is coming back for food my recommendation would be to contact your local animal control and request to borrow,  or have them come out an set,  a live capture trap.    We she steps in for food it triggers a plate that safely and harmlessly drops the door capturing her.   You will need to moniter the trap so she does not stay in it in the weather and defenceless against preditors (both the animal and human kind)

its hot out, so she might be under the porch, or she might be wondering around.  you might have to try to lure her while you are out.  she probably sleeps a lot during the day.  now that you have set food out she will be back.  if she let them take her kittens she must be used to humans at least a little bit so maybe see if she comes up to you and see if you can pet her.  then go from there.
