Where would i go to get more memory?

my laptop keep saying that it has no more memory so is there an attachment that i can connect to my laptop to give it more memory

you can buy memory and with a laptop probably have it installed for you.   Try to get your laptop up to 1Gb at least.

Also - check to see what programs are loading when you start your computer.  You might have to stop some from automatically loading
