You can always take your date to restaurant where they have Flamenco.

It depends so much upon you and your date.  Do you  or your date enjoy dancing? Obviously you shouldn't take them to a place with dancing if you don't.   Is this a first date? For a first date you may want to go somewhere a little quieter so you can get to know each other a little easier.

I would prefer a place with music and dancing...  But that is just me.  I like music and dancing and I also find it very romantic.
