I'm born and raised in London but used to go to Essex all the time.If i had the chance to live in Essex I'd be gone in a flash,London is a dirty place with quite a few toss pots that are really unfriendly!

Essex. There's excellent transport links if you need to go to London.

essex so i can be close to the essex slappers! Im a northern lad so i would just so love a peice of a down south bird

if this is my only choice, then it has to be Essex,working in London is bad enough,but to live there would drive me insane

personally, Essex.  It's got some lovely countryside and coastlines.  plus it's a d**n sight cheaper than london, and the parts I know are alot friendlier too. you can easily commute to london from essex

but London's obviously got more of a buzz, easier to get work, more to do etc.

depends whether you're a city or country person I suppose!
