  1. Sears should be more pleasant working conditions.  Restaurant work is long hours and you come home smelling like a hamburger.  If you know anything about electronics then I would go with the Sears job.

  2. Sears of course---better working conditions---discounts---probably better benefits & Guaranteed Hours. From the looks of it better pay too.

Also the other thing to think about is once getting your foot in the door---you can gain experience as a sales associate and be able to get a job anywhere later on if you wish. Restaurants are just too much work for such little pay. Even managers aren't paid well enough.

  3. Restaraunt jobs are quite difficult  & strength demanding. However I kno some people with such a job & they get paid $2 an hr Plus tips which equals up to 12 an hr so not bad at all. Some weekdns that are busy you end up collecting even more tips especiially if you  provide good service .

Sears its a much more relaxed job i feel. you dont have to move around as much like as in a restaraunt so itll make you feel less tired and dirty. Also, you have to hav good communication and persuading skills to help customers purchase an item. Commision is usually good esp if u can sell alot ..

sooooo with that in mind, i think you could do either.

maybe try one and see how it goes, then try the other

    i would personally do sears

    good luck ;)
