Where would you find a good modeling agent in Oregon?

I am a student a the John Robert Powers school in Portland, Oregon and I need to find an agent, any suggestions?

Hi Megan,

   Good idea to search with google,  but I suggest that you pull out and dust off the old trusty yellow pages.    Look in Modeling Agency as well as Talent Agency....  the agencies with the largest ads.... are the largest agencies.

   I agree with calling the Better Business Bureau in your city to see if the ones you are considering have any strikes against them... and try to find out for what.... ripping off people??  You need to know that.

  Have one of your parents to call for an appointment for the interview and make sure they go with you.    When you get an agent,  you have to sign a contract and it would be best if your parents looked it over...  but if you are under 18,  you could not sign it anyway.   If you are over 18,  you definately want someone else to check over the fine print.

Go on google and type in this ; modeling agency's in Oregon, then pick out a few and then check with the better business bureau to make sure that their a reputable company.....good luck to you !!!!!!!!!!!! Someone in my family was taken by one of these so called rip off agency's.....and believe me this little girl was beautiful.....but all they wanted was money for a portfolio......and it costs hundreds of dollars, they did a video of her doing a commercial and it was amazing, but all they wanted was more and more money, so PLEASE BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!
