  1. Waynesville, Missouri

    1.25 mile triangular-oval (think Pocono)

    Ozark Mountain Raceway

  2. New York

  3. On the outskirts of Washington, DC and it would be called Washington DC Super Speedway and it would be 2 miles long.

  4. I'd like to see a short speedway in Seattle, Washington.

  5. san jose

  6. Linn (not a city)

    Missouri

    Super Speedway

    Matt wins here

  7. Well obviously NASCAR wants new markets they haven't conquered yet. We have a blanket of tracks in my neck of the woods...so If I were to choose where a new track was to be built I have to say Fontana California after bulldozing the current track. They could still call it Auto Club Speedway but make it a cookie cutter of Richmond or better yet Nazareth PA. Bet the crowd would actually be a "crowd" then. As always just an opinion.

  8. I would like to see a track built in central Ohio, possibly close to the Truck Series track. Definitely a short trackwith nice high banked turns just like Bristol. Name, anything as long as it's not an insurance company. Ohio is full of a lot of local tracks and there are a lot of race fans here. They all draw huge crowds. We even have a local, Donny Lia runnin in the Truck series. That race sells out every year and I have no doubt that a cup race would too. There are tracks in most of the surrounding states so why not put one here. I'm sure everyone knows Smoke owns El Dora which is located in the south western part of the state closer to Indiana. A closer cup track would be awesome.  =o`)

  9. Boston

    A short track

    Massy

  10. ELKHART, INDIANA

short track....... a sister of bristol, but i make more seating capacity, higher banking's, ....... my track would be the loudest track in nascar............. i make pit road better and wider for the drivers, ...... i tell nascar to get the F- out, because my track is a NO HOLD BAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  i won't people to enjoy racing again, i want temper to fly, i want hearts broken and souls lost........ now that is what i call racing...... ever stand on your feet at a race waiting to see who finish first with your heart bumping, your knees shaking, and you can not breath until your driver crosses the finish line..... i have and that is what i  miss ..... there is too many fuel mileage wins in nascar now with this stupid car of today bool honky....... my track would have it all.... hot chicks for you men..... and hot men for us woman..... plus beer beer beer until your stomach can not take anymore.....!

    MY TRACK NAME would be

"WELCOME TO MASTEN VALLEY" - so loud you better wear hear plugs, you leave happy and hear 2 decimals less , now that is what i call a dam good track!

please wear your ear plugs wisley!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...

  11. Fit a track on the Great Wall of China. Here's how:

    1. Pave the walk ways with asphalt.

2.Widen the Great Wall a LOT.

3.The walls on either side will be real walls..with SAFER barriers, of course.

    4. Knock down the watch towers that are on the walls at certain intervals..

    5. Leave a watch tower as a designated flag stand lol

    6. No catch fences... my evil plan... any driver who messes up shall plummet into the trees down below!!! Mwahahahahah!!!!!!

And I shall call it.....China Raceway at the Great Wall...

The race shall be called.. The Tsung 500.

Hmmm.... maybe some laps around inside the Bird's Nest stadium.... yes...

  12. Ontario, Canada

There is talks of a track being built in the Comber area which is 25min or so from the Detroit/Windsor border. It is supposed to be around the 1 and a 1/2 mile size, could be smaller if the drag strip inside is a no go. The investors have stated they would want the Truck series and or Nationwide series, as well as what is now the Canadian Tire Series, to prove to NASCAR that it is Cup level material. The highway around that area is in the middle of going to 3 lanes wide each way, with bigger over passes to accomadate traffic for events like this.

  13. Already we have smaller tracks...three in my county alone.   And Watkins Glen isn't far from me.

But I want SPEED!  I want a superspeedway right here in New York.  Not down by the city but central or farther upstate from the City.

There was one being discussed but the snivelers put a squash to that.  Like this area has so much more to offer.  NOT!

  14. I want one near NYC! They were planning it than politicians squashed it. It would have been a 3/4 mile even though I would really want a 1/2 mile. I would call it The Empire Speedway.

Edit: Maggie, you beat me to it! Great minds think alike, exactly alike. lol

  15. 1.75 mile Egg shaped with high banked turns and flat straights.

What the heck.  In the middle of Manhattan.

    MMP

    Manhattan Motorplex

Hopefully the race is scheduled near Labor Day so I can watch the US OPEN as well.    Yes I like Tennis a lot.  Anyone have a problem with that ???  I didn't think so..   Hehe.

  16. I'd like to see the new one near me in Millville, NJ have a Nascar race. My favorite is short-track, but I'd be happy with anything near me.

  17. In Northeastern Mississippi.

2 mile very wide track  (like 10 lanes)  with progressive banking (15 to 18 degrees). Let the lower lanes be more flat and the corners and gradually slope up to a 15 or 18 degree bank.

    Call it the Magnolia 500
