Where would you live?

Question

2 apartments....price is the same for both

Apartment 1....Third floor...right next to highway...faces highway and mountains...a lot of direct afternoon sunlight...someone lives above on the fourth floor

Apartment 2....2nd floor...away from highway so a little quieter...faces parking lot and other buildings...not as much direct sunlight...someone lives above on the third floor

You wouldn't think you'd be getting a view by living in an apartment.  I'd go with apartment number 2 because it's a little quieter.  I'm a light sleeper, so if I were to choose the first one, I'd have a hard time sleeping at night.  My house faces west and it gets awful hot in the afternoon in the summer, so your apartment would be cooler away from direct sunlight.

i wud live in the 1st apartment...loads of sunlight means ..i can keep plants at home..and there fore fresh supply f oxygen

and thats really imp for me..hehe.

anoder thing is that it over looks mountains.....so atleast its better to have a bit of nature ..than no nature out the window at all...

apt 2 quieter and with less sun would be cooler in summer

Apartment two.The sun annoys me and so would the hundreds of cars driving past each day.

Apartment 1 sounds nices, but I wouldn't be mad living with someone in the apartment above me.  I know in the apartment that I am in Im on the second floor and the tennants above me drive me crazy at night with all the noise they make, and to be honest I think that they are just getting on about their business, they aren't having parties or anything like that.

+ the sunlight and the view is definitely a bonus.  You want as much light in your apartment as possible, that way it will look a lot spacier than it actually is.

Why have you narrowed your search to these two apartments, Im sure there are other more suitable ones out there if you look....
