CANADA!!!!  Clean air and surroundings, polite people, lots of jobs, multi-cultural, efficient health care and education system and the Canadian$ is easily making its mark as opposed to the US$.   Besides, the US has made so many international enemies...

I have travelled a lot in both countries and I would have to say Canada.  They have a higher average standard of living, their big cities are rated more liveable than any big US cities, they have a fairer, more compassionate attitude about most things (eg. reasonable minimum wage, free healthcare etc.),

their people are very nice and polite, they don't have the gun culture, ghettos and religious zealots like America has, and the country is a lot let polluted than America.
