They provide groceries, the equipment and clean up while you assemble your own meal in the kitchen. once you're done, you can just bring the meal home to cook!

I have never tried it before, but people say its convenient!

m&m meatshops are pretty good - but everything is frozen, not fresh.

but check out sliced tomatoes -- they deliver it too - you just have to cook it -- it's all fresh too, not frozen.

i've had it a couple times -- yummy yummy

Safeway has complete meals that just have to be cooked or heated up at home.  Try it from scratch, it isn't that hard.
