1) karim hotels . No -1 in biryani ( mutton and chicken)  near jama masjid old delhi

2) in nizamuddin area

Well i havent been to Hyderabad but in Delhi we get mouth-wareing Hyderabadi biryani at Andhra Bhawan on Sundays. I loved it with fried mutton. So its gotto be your town..
