im pretty sure chick-fil-a lets you start working there at 14

i once asked an employee at starbucks how old you have to be he said from 15 to 15 1/2

Until you are 16, I'm afraid you're only alternative are the typical teenage jobs, which include but are not limited to babysitting!  

Yard work, cleaning basements, sheds and garages(sometimes people will let you have the junk they don't want. Then you can have a yard sale.   Walking dogs, running errands for the elderly and people who can't get out, and washing cars(detailing them).

If you have a need to help out the family by working, then you can apply for a work permit and go to work where ever they will hire you.  Contact your local revenue office to find out.
