  1. Vancouver Canada or Washington?

Opps just saw this was under the sub-heading for Canada!  Sorry

  2. I think it's called Namm or The Namm (Nam?)  I haven't been to Vancouver in a few years but that restaurant rocked.  Their miso gravy and homefries are unmatched anywhere in Canada.

  3. I won't say it's cheap but Patisserie Lebeau (west 2ND ave. just east of Burrard) has great baked goods.  You can cut them up into pieces (Cinnamon rolls as an example) and present them on a plate.  Very good stuff!

Waffles, croissants, and danishes are all excellent.  Give them a cut and you'll find how to stretch your dollar.

Need to get there early though.

Terra Breads (west 4th across from Safeway and Granville Island) items are always a hit.  Cut them up into smaller pieces as well.
