i go to school so something on saturday or after school.

but i want fair enough pay.

Even though it is legal to work in Australia at 14 and 9 months alot of businesses are required to have police checks performed on certain managerial staff in order for them to be allowed to work with anyone under the age of 15. This can be quite costly to the business so most places will instead only hire those over 15 as it saves alot of hassle. Do some research to find out companies where the managers are required to have police checks regardless as they will be more likely to hire you.
