Wheres a good place online to write a book?

Because I want to write books but I need to find a website that I could begin my book at. I want to write paranormal stories because they are so fun to write. Please Help me!

Do you mean you want to start an eBook type thing?

If you're meaning where can you get a book published, after you've written something, there are a lot of publishers out there that might print your book.  Some might pay, and others might want you to pay if they don't think it'll sell.

I know PublishAmerica http://www.publishamerica.com seems to take on a lot of books no one else will do, and they also (I believe) will print books for a fee that they don't necessarily want to market themselves.
