  1. There are no farming areas within Melbourne.  If you wanted to go an hour out or so, there are heaps of farms from Pakenham onwards through Gippsland.

  2. the city

    :D

  3. Well there is one farm that close to the city in Melbourne: The Collingwood Children’s Farm.  However, that's a not-for-profit community resource designed to provide country experiences for city people, and not a place where you could live...you'd be welcome to visit there any day of the year though...

  4. Farm and Melbourne doesn't really go hand in hand, its one of the most suburbanised cities in the world.

Bacchus Marsh, Daylesford, Coldstream, or Geelong area are all in commuting distance from Melbourne CBD, but there is nowhere within 15 minutes.

Move to Geelong surrounds, its a regional centre and an hour-ish to Melbourne if you need it.

  5. Bacchus Marsh

  6. I don't think there's a farm around Melbourne that only 1 to 15 minutes to city.I live in the suburb of Melbourne, and there are a few farm surround where I live but still will take around 30 -40 minutes to the city.

  7. at home
