  1. King Street Wharf or Cockle Bay Wharf are within walking distance of Wynyard, but will probably take about 10 minutes.  There is also Balmain Wharf, but you would have to get the bus from Petersham station - or a taxi.

  2. Milsons Point station.  Close to the wharves at Milsons Point, Luna Park, Jeffrey St (I think) and Kirribilli.  Also Rhodes.  Look for places that the rail lines cross the water. Meadowbank?  Is there a station there?

My guess about excluding Circular Quay is that it is for a private pickup, and private vessels are not allowed into Sydney Cove, where the Quay is.  There is also Man o' War Steps, on the other side of the Opera House from the Quay and a wharf on the end of Pier 1 on the western side of the Bridge.

  3. why dont you go to circular quay theres is a train station right outside the wharf

  4. Darling Harbour or Pyrmont walking distance to Wynard station

  5. Town Hall/Wynyard is close to Darling Harbour.

  6. All ferries go to Circular Quay.  One of the main train stations is there.  I don't understand why you wouldn't want to use it?

Other than that, Wynyard / Town Hall (for Darling Harbour)

    Milsons Point (North Shore)
