Wheres my party dress!?

For my 16th, I think i might have a hevean and h**l theme..

I watched my super sweet sixteen on MTV and a girl had a AMAZING dress, like a skateboarding fairy, it had glitter, cards and everything.. are there ANY dresses like this, even plains? It had a tutu as well.

you can buy big puffy dresses like that one from cheap high street shops now as there in,

just adapt it yourself and make your own.

Most of the people on MTV Pay loads to get a dress they want. I wouldn't try it. Heaven and h**l dresses are really nice! I've got one, but its called half angel half devil =P
