Where is/are the best free place(s) I can submit a press release for my site www.eTEQ.com ? I am only looking for places with free submissions. I want it to be targeted to project owners. Also, does it sound ok gramatically and logically?

It is hard to find FREE press release submissions that allow you to target the distribution. If you want targeting, you need to pay the big guns of press release distribution such as PR Wire among others
