  1. Go to Limerick, we all play a great game down here, its called 'How long can you stay alive'.

  2. Athlone. it's nice and unlike the other midlands towns, it's not totally remote so it's kind of urban but because it's in the midlands it does'nt have the big bustling annoying urban the other large towns and cities have. it's very nice and has all the facilities you could hope for.

  3. Go as far south as you can it's warmer.

  4. dublin!!!! my family moved there recently and love it

  5. having been born in roscommon, lived in galway, athlone and dublin; without question i would choose galway city

  6. cork!!! the real capital of ireland! good social life but much cheaper than dublin!

  7. I like the west, and I live near Limerick, and Limerick is a city with an undeserved reputation ... there's crime everywhere and no matter where you are, if you go looking for trouble you are sure to find it. I've never had any problems in Limerick. Limerick people are extremely friendly.

Louth? Right across from the time bomb that is Sellafield Power Plant? Are you nuts?

  8. this page maybe can help you:

    Good Lucky!!!

  9. Go to Cork girl, De Capital.

  10. eh dublin defo

  11. i live in louth...dundalk... and its a pretty great place actually we have lots of stuff like a permanant ice rink and a college etc just make sure you chose a nice area...blackrock is a beautiful area by the sea if you can afford it!

  12. kilkenny or galway!! only places to live, though i live in dublin for college am from kilkenny and galway is my spiritual home

  13. anywhere in Louth is the pits. Stay clear. Dublin is expensive. Athlone, Waterford, Cork region all good.

  14. Galway but if you mean the 32 counited Ireland the Derry!! I lived in Derry till I was 10 and now I live in Galway (I'm 15) Galways good but Derry is way better! Gallimh agus Doire abú!!

  15. Anyone livin in Dublin wants to get out of it- stay in Sligo

  16. Why not do a bit of research first to find out what would suit you. I have lived in Cork for 15 years and now I am in Donegal. Different people like different things. You could go to Dublin or Louth for a weekend and see what you think.

  17. Dublin obviously has a lot of facilities and is quite busy, so if that's what you like, then why not give it a try - you can always move elsewhere if you decide.

I'm from Wexford but live in Dublin, and can tell you for a fact that not everyone that lives there wants to get out, as someone else said - if they did, then they'd move, quite obviously. I love Dublin and have no intentions of moving.

  18. Go with Louth

Im from Dundalk it has a bad name but its act a very good place to live.

Going to be the 1st city of the 21st century in Ireland *rolls eyes*

  19. dublin if you like socialising and have the money to live there :) or up north is good too.

....but if you're sensitive to hatchets in the head dont move to dublin then...or the north...or the south...or the east for that matter...maybe a desert island :)

  20. Louth is nice but I like Sligo too.

Go to Dublin if you like the city life

  21. honestly everywhere is the same!! you'll get the nice parts and the rough parts of every city! the main thing is to stay away from the rough places and you'll be fine!! just live wherever you'd prefer to go!
