    ...but that is why there are no dogs there..

    because there are so many taco places...


  2. For carne asada tacos try El Frances in Playas de Tijuana,  for shrimp tacos try Tacos Enchilados in Otay infront of the Tecnologico, the shrimp enchilados tacos are one of the best in all of Mexico.
