Wheres the best town/village to live in in Hampshire UK?

Hi, having to relocate for work, and will be working in Winchester, happy to travel up to half hour to work, any advice? thanks:-)

southampton is a good spot, a big shopping center, lots of stuff to do and not really a long journey down the motorway.

i live here and it is really good.

Winchester itself is very nice but if that is not possible then there are lots of lovely villages around.  Just take a drive around and go off up the little Hampshire lanes and you will be delighted.
