http://www.airtransat.com are on Cardiff-Toronto, and http://www.flyglobespan.com are on Bristol-Hamilton, but both look quite expensive currently (£514 and £883 respectively).

Also try http://www.cheapflights.co.uk/flights/To... and http://www.canadian-affair.com ... but I don't see much better.  Maybe that £327 will work out from Cheapflights (same prices from BRS, by the way).
