I'm not sure there is necessarily a cheapest place, as it will depend on who has what offers on at the time.

However you can get some very deals on laptops from

I have had two desktops off them and I couldn't have got the same PC for cheaper anywhere else.

This place claims to have the cheapest laptops in the UK but I don't know how good they are
