Wheres the cheapest store/place to get a money order?

I want to know as far as the fee like if i put in 100 how much more then 100 will i have to pay thanks

I don't know what part of the country you're in, but in the St. Louis area, most pawn shops give free money orders.  I believe Walmart charges $.49 for one, and most gas stations charge around $1.00. My bank, as long as you have an account active there, will also give free money orders.

It's been a while since I've purchased a money order, but as I recall the U.S. Post Office sells them for about $1.00.
