  1. I like the Kyle of Lochalsh (sp?) near the Isle of Skye. Its really beautiful and peaceful however its a quite far drive .

  2. The drive to Inverness is very scenic depending on which route you take.  The town of Fort Augustus is 30 miles south of Inverness at the start of Loch Ness, there is the Caledonian Canal running through the centre of the town too, very nice place.  http://www.fortaugustus.net has some photos and http://www.hotelsininverness.net is good for accommodation options for Inverness.  if the weather is right the try a trip up to skye and a visit to Eilean Donan Castle.  Have a great trip!

  3. Lots ands lots and lots and lots !!

Try Crieff in beautiful Perthshire . lots to see and the scenery is fantoosh ! We also have a superb Drovers Tryst Festival in October ( Google it ! ) which caters for walkers , strollers , listeners and music lovers ! come on in !!!

  4. In my opinion, the entire country is an amazingly beautiful place.. but along the west coast, in the Argyle (sp?) area, thats some amazing scenery right there. Theres a little place i went to called Lochgilpead (i cannot remember the spelling so thats what it sounded like)... little village by a sea loch, amazing. But basically, get in a car (or on a bus or anything else), take a ride into the countryside and when you get there, just sit back and enjoy the beauty.
