where in the world could you eat ice cream outside thats cold enough to eat ice cream outside all day without it melting and not cold enough for it to freeze solid?

    Now for the 2nd part . . . Hmn gotta be some mountian somewhere fit for the task. I recommend the equatorial regions at progressively higher altitudes until you hit a sweet spot . . . I'm gessing about 16,000 feet . . . take oxygen with you . . . and a blankee

  8. I'll tell you where.  I was stationed there.  Fairbanks, Alaska in the winter.  I have never experienced cold like that before.  I promise your ice cream will not melt.
