If so, Whether it'll interfere with other devices which uses same band[like bluetooth]?

  1. No

  2. I believe you can transmit in the ISM band but if it's a set frequency I think you'll need a radio licence (Can someone confirm?) As Bluetooth uses split spectrum frequency hopping at some ridiculous frequency you could only ever interfere with it for about 1/1000th of a second. You'd never notice it. This is why more than one bluetooth device can be used in the same area 'without' interference. It does interfere but for such a small amount of time it isn't noticable.
