whether brt(bus rapid transport) is suitable for the people of delhi or not....please help...and explain toooooooooo

Keeping in view indiscipline people in Delhi on roads nothing is suitable.It is very common drivers don't  follow traffic rules commuters don't want to follow traffic rules everybody is in hurry to compromise with safety and ready to flout the rules.Inadequate traffic police is busy to clear the route for VIP.The available space,cuts at every 100 m,cross roads do not allowed for BRT corridor.
