Goa is a good place to visit the whole year round. Of course the weather or climate changes according to the season.

The main season (October - March) was normally the preferred time before by foreign as well as domestic tourists but this has started to change in the last few years.....

In summer (April - May) the only difference is that it gets a few degrees warmer and a bit more humid.

In the monsoons (June to Sept. and a bit of October) it is wet but much more greener. A lot of people are now actually going to Goa in this time to experience another side of Goa.

I'm actually in Goa right now and to answer your question, it depends on what kind of vacation you're looking for. Monsoon season just started so it's been raining off and on for the last couple of days. Alot of the tourist attractions are closed down, since we're out of season. The beach is still beautiful and the weather is still warm...but there is the rain. I guess it's up to your preference.
