  1. You'll have to elaborate. What do you mean "by a professional"?

    If you are signing a document and someone else is signing a document, as long as it's their own name that is being signed, there's nothing illegal to it. HOWEVER, I do suggest getting any kind of legal document notarized. Any bank will do it for little or no cost. Go to the bank with ID and sign the document in front of the notary. They can't notarize it if it isn't signed in front of them.
