Otes is not suitable to cultivate in Hyderabad areas. Becuase Hyderabad is hot area and soil is not suitable.

Hyderabad areas are best for cultivation of Rice/Grapes/Banana/ Castor or Tobacco or Maize

Otes needs lot of water and Chilness. It is cultivated only in Eruope Country.

  4. If you are talking about oats they are a small grain grown and harvested like wheat or barley. If wheat is grown around Hyderabad, then you should be able to grow oats.

  5. The oat crop is not hardier in high temperatures than wheat. You should do at least a small test plot of  either oats or wheat ( spring planted wheat, not winter wheat).

Oats have been experimented with in India, so it would be best to look for local experiences. The reason we grow wheat instead of oats will usually be that oats produce far fewer kg of  product so we really need a higher price. Well, if we could grow rice, we might prefer to grow rice, but again because the nutritional value is comparable to oats and with better yields.

Yes, we like the fibre content of the oat, but we could enhance our fibre by grinding up rice straw or wheat straw, even grass or alfalfa.

We could increase our yield of oats, but we are already at risk that the crop will lodge, fall down close to harvest time if we get a rain and wind.
