strong culture will create single minded workforce to achieve targeted goal.

strong culture tolerate and embrace the value of diverse views (not diverse workforce)

organisational culture compliment better corporate performance of organisation.

when we talk about performance there should be determination - not prediction.  

prediction is for some thing which is not in our control.

whereas performance should be under our control with strong culture for better productivity and for better corporate performance
