Whether the poor get proper education in India or it is just 3 Rs.

Most of the government schools meant for poor are not having all the facilities like play ground, canteen library, workshop, laboratory, community hall, seating arrangement, proper teaching staff, most of the jobs of teachers remain vacant and therefore, the children do not get proper education and they cannot compete with others educated in better schools and colleges.
