  2. Yes it is refundable................Upto 24hrs prior to the departure of the train

  3. Tatkal is for  immediate journey. How come you will cancel it?

  6. Sorry no such luck!

    Absolutley no refund what so ever.Reason being they have kept this quota called TATKAL which means immediate, meant for last minute travellers.

    So incase you dont travel you loose all the cash.

    It sounds mean but i think its right , because people who plan well in advance sometimes dont get because its full, then they take RAC or W/L tickets.

    If these tatkal passengers dont travel these w/l or RAC passengers benefit.
