Absolutely not...you are being scammed...there is no such thing as Nationwide Bank in the UK.  If you get involved in this "lucky draw" you will be asked to send them money for the courier to get your winnings to you.  You will never see that money again, or the money you are supposed to have won.

Nationwide is a UK building society, not a bank.
