  1. I am assuming you are referring to illegal income such as drug trade, weapons trade, stuff like that on the black market.  Even if a country wanted to, there is no possible way to track that income even remotely correctly.  If it could be tracked, all of those people would be arrested and thrown in prison.

  3. Usually when they sell their drugs and stolen wristwatches the country never finds out..

  4. if black markets are included in balance of trade reports, it would make sense to include black income in overall income reports.

  5. I guess to be accurate--it should be counted as well.  I'm just not sure  how you would account for it though...
