whats the best way to take it.before or after exercise

  1. I would take it half an hour before exercize. (You will have energy to do the workout and you will be able to give the whey protein time to digest.)

    Half an hour after you exercize, you should have whole grain carbs in order to replenish your body's depleted glycogen stores.  


  2. 30 minutes before and immediately after has worked well for me.

  3. straight after and hour to 2 hours later

  4. take it directly after...... and sometimes before a workout so your muscles have amino acids in them and they do not break down as fast!

    another trick.. take some glutamine powder before bed.. not whey protein!

    more effective that way!
