The tastiest meat I've had is bison/buffalo...Oh man, it makes the best burgers and they require very few condiments. Just a bit of avocado, a teeny bit of butter and maybe a little swathe of mayo on a multigrain bun...d**n!!!

Beef. I eat a steak at least 3 times a week. I prefer tenderloin, but veal is nice sometimes. Especially a veal porterhouse.
