Whicd Defense Should I Use For My Fantasy Team?

I noticed on ESPN, Seattle has the number 2 defense((unless my eyes are all wack))... I also have the Dallas defense.. which one should I use for week 1? :)

I'd use Seattle.  Dallas's defense isn't all that great to begin with and they have a tougher matchup.  Seattle plays Buffalo while Dallas plays Cleveland.  The Browns put up a ton of points last year.

I'd stick with Seattle

The Bills offense is not as good as the Browns

Use Seattle.. they are definitely in the top 5 and they have an easier schedule. Plus Dallas got rid of a key player in their linebacking core when they dropped akin ayodele.
