The Angels and Red Sox. I don't see anyone taking the division away from the Angels. As for the Red Sox, the East will be a tough division but by the end they will be on top. They have two big factors: 1. Ortiz will be coming back. 2. Most of their games in September will be in Fenway where they play exceptionally well.

I think that Boston will have some more injury problems and loose some steam in the second half.  The Yankees already have that problem with the injures and don't have a chance.  The central is up for grabs but I think that the Chi Sox will take it with their pitching as long as Conteras stays healthy.  Theres a 95% chance that the Angles will win the west, but if the Rangers pitching can bring it together... watch out.  but I take the Rays and the Angles to make it.

The way I see it the Angels are the only shoe-ins.

The Rays, the Red Sox are battling it out.

The Twins and the White Sox are battling it out.

It will be interesting to see who it is.

Won't know until end of Sept or beginning of Oct.  Most will say Red Sox but anything can happen & Angels look good too & have a good lead on the Rangers but with many games left to go, I don't think any team is a definite yes for the play offs but top contenders will be Red Sox, Yankees, Rays, White Sox, Twins, Angels & Rangers as my dark horse.  It's not definite until October but should be some interesting races in AL East & Central
