Which 4 night Cruise would be better?

1 day in Key West and 1 day in Cozumel

OR

1 day in Freeport and 1 day in Nassau Bahamas.

One is just as good as the other.  Personally I'm not fond of the Bahamas.  Both Key West and Cozumel are party towns!

I would choose key west and cozumel. Partying, water activities, jeep tours, many excursion options to enjoy.

The Bahamas are nice too, atlantis is nice to visit but i think they are overrated for the money.

Key West is a fabulous place to party and Cozumel is definitely the place for snorkeling or diving.  There is great partying in Cozumel too.  

The beach is more enjoyable in the Bahamas and you could visit Atlantis which is amazing.  

Swimming with dolphins is available in all locations and is something fun to do.  The Bahamas cruise will likely be less expensive as well.  Good luck!  Have a blast.

I'd select the Bahama destinations. You'll have more time on the islands and less on the ship since they're closer together than Florida and Mexico. Also, you can always get to Key West or Cozumel.

All things the same, I like Key West and Cozumel just slightly better and if you are a diver Cozumel is a premier destination - I would base your decision on what islands have the activities you want to do or if you've already been to Mexico or the Bahamas.

I would go with Key West and Cozumel.  I've done both eastern and western Caribbean cruises and both sides have a lot to offer.  The 2 destinations for both cruises are heavily touristy so its a pretty equal comparison.  But I never get tired of the Mayan ruins - which would break the tie for me.  

Do yourself a favor and go through the 'shore excursions' that will be available on all the destinations you are considering.  Perhaps you may find one or two things that really jump out at you, and that might make your decision easier.
