Which 42'' 1080p HdTv is the better? Westinghouse or Vizio?

I saw both of these on sale. I know the brand of Westinghouse, but, never knowed about Vizio! Actually, Vizio costs about 100 more dollars to buy. So, if you can, please help me compare these two HdTvs. Thanks!

They are both what is considered tier 3 products.  Meaning they are lower in quality.  I would recommend spending a little more money and going with something a little higher quality.  Both TVs appear to be a little washed out on colors in my eyes.
