Which 5 countries have the highest inflation rates?

Does anyone know which 5 countries have the highest inflation rates.

I know Zimbabwe by far has the highest inflation rate which is at 165,000 percent at but the real estimate is said to be at 4000,000 percent but what about the other 4 countries and are there any other countries in the world in the moment expriencing and inflation rate of 100 or more percent.

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
